Last month i went to the Poona. I used TATA indicom plug 2 surf for surfing. It give me worst speed while surfing and downloading. Finally i went to the cybercafe for my work. So don't use plug 2 surf while roaming

In Poona TATA indicom having lots of network problem. So that's why you received less speed while surfing.

In Mumbai speed is ok. In some area where network is good there i received download speed 20 to 25 kbps.
