ADSL connection with..Fed up!

I have ADSL Reliance connection and I often disconnected, I would like to know if there is something to do because this is the first time that I have the ADSL, with the cable I do not worry ..

Reliance connection had some issues earlier but it has improved time being.

I would like to, but here in the vosges, there's no unbundling, and I can not have 18 in Reliance + TV + phone, nothing else yet ...

this requires good bandwidth, network should be freed and even free servers ... otherwise they will walk as the average pigeon

This I can do, they already know me well FT office here since I made the connection and I only had the net April! Meanwhile they saw me 3 / 4 times a week and not always with a smile ....
