MTNL triband Speed problem

Hello

I am using MTNL Triband in that i am facing speed problem. I am getting low speed 20 to 30 kbps download speed where as my friend getting 50 kbps to 70 kbps download speed. we both are in same plan. Why i am getting 30 kbps speed ?

20 to 30 kbps download speed is nice speed friend. I am using 256 kbps plan in that i am getting 15 to 20 Kbps download speed.

Hi Aaves,

This problem has happened with my friend also, but in that case he stays in the location where there are many users of same service provider sot that speed automatically divides to all the simultaneous user on the other hand where I was located, there the users might be less so that i might be getting the whole speed that I was expecting under the plan.
I suppose the speed of the internet depends upon the Traffic goes to that line.
