IOL Broadband is worst ISP in INDIA

Hi

I am using IOL Broadband form last 2 months. Only in first week i got good speed after that i am even not able to browse properly. When i called in their customer care they told me there is some problem in IOL it will take 3 days time. Whenever i called in customer care same ans they provide me.

Now i disconnected IOL broadband. Never go for IOL friends.

The whole ISP in India whether its Hathway or IOL or Airtel, they all suck in terms of internet.

Hello Friends,

I am Mumbai based IOL user and I am also very irritate with its services, I suppose these all service providers believe in providing the maximum downtime to its user. Each time i set back the call to their customer care service they always give New reason for their downtime.

So, if anyone is interested in how to make the customer fool please call at least one time to their customer care center.

Experience a bad time with IOL.
