Reliance WiMAX problem - Authentication Failed

Hi

I am using reliance Wimax connection. When i open Reliance BroadNet Home page and enter User ID and Password it shows Authentication Failed. It's happen every time i don't know whats the problem..

This happens when you not disconnect Reliance Braodband connection properly means without clicking on log out you disconnect. So at the time of disconnection log Out Properly By clicking on Logout window. After that you will not face the problem.
