MTNL Mumbai and Delhi reduces STD SMS to Re.1.00 & ISD SMS to Rs.2.50

MTNL Local SMS : 0.25 paise (on MTNL local N/W) and on Other local Network : 0.50 paise
STD : Rs. 1
ISD : Rs. 2.50

What MTNL charging Only 0.25 paise for local SMS, For STD Rs.1 and for ISD Rs. 2.50.... Here Vodafone charging Local Rs. 1 or 1.50 , STD Rs. 2 and ISD Rs. 5

MTNL SMS Rate is cheap and service quality also Cheap. So thats Why people not purchase MTNL service.
