Problem with Reliance USB Modem

I am using reliance USb modem for internet in that i m getting speed 40 to 50 Kbps isted of 140/150 Kbps. I am using reliance unlimited plan. Is there any problem in USB modem ?

How much speed connection do you get in your plan as per what reliance say? 140/ 150 kbps speed means that you have a 1mbps connection & if it is giving only 40 to 50 kbps atm then try contacting the ISP for some querries. BTW how much are you paying for this connection?

My dear friend i m using reliance USb connection Not braodband in that recliance salesman told me that you will get 140 / 150 kbps speed but now i am getting only 40 /50 Kbps. Wirless USB modem maximum speed is 156 kbps. Ok i will contact Reliance customer care. Thanks.
