    intex tv tunner card software problem

    i bought intex internal tv tunner card... i have two windows XP...i have installed the intex's software(intervideo dvdr) at both os...i also attached the tv cables to card... but i am facing some problem with its software... in one operating system its showing all channels but its remote is not workin... (remote is perfectly workin) and also showing all options and settings... however in second system its remote is workin but i can't select INPUT as CABLE TV... when i try to select input source as CAble TC then the software crashes and gives error this "InterVideo DvdDr has encounrtered a error and need to be closed" and then it exits software....

    i have also downloaded the Intervideo's 3 version..but it another problems... its setting tab is invisible so i can't select source as input...what to do .... plz suggest any other optinal software

    plz help me ouy guys..

    You shouldn't have bought intex tv tuner card in the first place because it sucks !
