Working on a Dell Inspiron m5110 on start up it asks for admin password. I changed the hd and now it keeps asking for the same thing ,It wont let you do anything to re format it or nothing can you reste it to fac default to by pass this or what?

I think that you will have to ask the seller from where you have bought your Dell system. If they are not able to give you the password then return the system and get a refund or else you will have to pay additional cost of a mainboard to the price that you paid for this current system.
I didn't buy it working on it for a friend, They bought a new 1tb wd hd fpor it I intstalled it all it keep asking for is a system password, That I don't have. and that is what it was doing before I put the hd in I tried removing the bat from the motherboard for 30 min still doing the same thing any suggestions?????????????????????
I tried per what I was told from another site to remove the bat from the motherboard, got the comp to try to re format only problem is now the touchpad curser or nothing is working .can anyone help?
