    Hi Vikrant82,
I am glad to help you out. Based on your post, its may be a driver or path issue. I give you some basic troubleshooting steps. It may help you to solve the issue.

    Step1:

Check and update drivers in device manager.

Below are the ways to check for the updates.

    1. Open the Control Panel
    2. Select Device Manager
    3. In the Device Manager, expand "Universal Serial bus controllers"
    4. Right click on your controller and select Properties.
    5. In the new window, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".

    Step2:
Try rebooting the computer without any USB devices attached. Then plug in the USB drive,

    1. Right click on My Computer.
    2. Select manage.
    3. Then click Disk Management.

If the drive is not present in the Disk Management window or if you are not able to access it, then the drive may have failed.

    Step3:

    1. Try to connect with different USB ports with the same computer.
    2. Try to connect with to other computer.
    3. Change the USB cable (USB 3.0).

If you are still facing the problem, please run the Windows Data Lifeguard Diagnostics in your system, it may help you to determine the issue.
