Rapoo E9080 touchpad not working on windows 8

I am trying to use a portable wireless keyboard on a windows 8 laptop. The model is Rapoo E9080. It is a nice portable keyboard that comes with a touchpad also. I was able to connect the keyboard with my laptop but the touch pad here is not working. Also the keyboard sometime detects and sometime it just turn off. It works well when I keep it near to the system. So this can a range issue. But what about the touchpad.

There are two things you have to do to fix the issue. First you can simply update your systems Bluetooth driver and second change the keyboards battery. It looks there is no enough battery due to which it is getting disconnected in between. Most of this keyboard are just plug and play kind of tool. Where you just have to pair the same with your pc and done. It will start working. You can then use it easily.

It is right that this kind of keyboards are mostly a plug and play kind of device. You just have to turn on the Bluetooth and done. The keyboard will start working. If the touchpad is not working just verify the connectivity. There are chances that this keyboard might have a damage touchpad. You can try connecting the same in some other working pc and if that does not work then you have to get it replaced.
