Office pc custom config suggestion under affordable price

I am looking for some decent suggestion on building my own custom pc. I want some configuration under affordable price. I had not yet planned to go for any. I went on online shopping site and found the price very high. I need a system that can run all web browser, office files, a bit of video and image editing also. That's all. The system will be not used for gaming. I am planning to use Windows 8 on the same. It is fine if I can get budget solution Windows 7 also. But what I need is a mid range affordable system.

You can go with Intel Core 2 Duo system. You can buy a board under Rs.3000 with 2GB ram atleast. You can get a 500GB Hard drive at a very reasonable price. Through which you cab build your own system.

I am going to list you around 2 to 3 different models. You can then go ahead with the same depending on your requirements. I am not going to take keyboard mouse, cpu cabinet and psu in this. This will not add more than Rs.1200 to Rs.1500 on the existing custom build solution I had provided below. You have to check for that separately. I am just listing you some budget models that can fit in your budget.

Go with windows 7, don't install windows 8. It slow down the system ore. For budget system anything will do. Like a dual core processor, 4GB ram and 400GB hard drive. This much hardware is good enough for day to day use.
