I dont think so that watching movie effects graphics card. What computer specifications do you have? Normally if heavy gaming or intensive graphic editing is done on the pc, then it is possible for the graphic card durability to wear off a little. But in any case, as per you are in the warranty terms, you wont have to take tension because the manufacturer of the graphics card will bear a new card for you, since thats not a physical damage.

Watching more movies won't affect your graphics card...as the highest is 1080p in Bluray..so it won't eat more graphics as well as usage...But if you play some high bandwidth games it will definitely affect your graphics card....since you have a processor in graphics card which runs similarly as your computer and it works same as your computer
