I am facing problem with my HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless A909G printer. Before upgrading my computer to windows 7 operating system I was not having this issue. now whenever I open Hp solution center in my computer and try to scan anything at that time I get code 8. I opened Hp official site and searched for the HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless A909G printer and then I have selected windows 7 operating system. After selecting windows 7 operating system I have downloaded all the HP software’s in my computer and I have installed in my computer. After trying this solution also I was experiencing same problem. Now after that I have contact HP support discussed about my problem they have told me to update the firmware of printer and then I have updated my printer firmware but after updating the firm ware also I am still facing same problem. I have also inserted printer installation CD in and uninstalled all the thing by running Uninstall_L3.bat file and after that I have installed all HP software’s again my computer but that does not make difference. If anyone has solution regarding this problem then let me know.
