Need help regarding Wall mounted computer layout

Few days I saw a picture of a metal sheet fixed on a wall behind a monitor with all the hardware components fixed on it. It looked really cool and I wanted to use this concept for my computer.

Does this setup help in better cooling or it reduces the cooling!?

Well the concept is really great. This thing will really help in making more space in your room as the cpu will be on the wall and behind the monitor. There are few pros and cons for this setup:
    1. The system will be taking really less space as it will be on the wall.
    2. There will be a new look if you put some lights and LEDs this will give it more asthetic appeal and give it a futuristic look.

But there will be some problems though, If you have a high end pc which heats up a lot and needs a ventilation then you may need to install a liquid cooling system or make room to fix fans. And as it will be fixed on the wall this will make it hard to reach and clean this may lead in dust problems.
