I got Creative Inspire T6100 speaker and I am super happy with this. There is very good sound. If you are looking for a cheap 5.1 set you should be absolutely not getting better thanthis in this price. This is one of the best sets out there. My room is very small but I thought it was worth looking at
    Power:
    • Left Front: 8 watts
    • Front right 8 watts
    • Central Front: 18 watts
    • Left Rear: 8 watts
    • Right: 8 watts
    • Subwoofer: 26 watts

I am using this with the below mentioned system:
    • Asrock AliveSATA2-Glan/A/ASR
    • AMD Athlon X2 3800
    • 2 x 512MB Kingston 667MHz
    • 80GB HDD

Re: Creative Inspire T6100 vs Creative Inspire T6160

I just bought the Creative Inspire T6100. Everything is very solidly packed and therefore chances of damage during transport are therefore minimal. I chose this set because this is the best looking set for this money in Media market. I find it unfortunate that there is no such thing as a remote control included and that only adjustable volume and bass. The bass of the subwoofer and the volume is controlled on the right front speaker.

Re: Creative Inspire T6100 vs Creative Inspire T6160

In the games we were able to test all sounds with good locations in space with Creative Inspire T6100. Above all, we were surprised by the sharp sound of the small subwoofer: In Battlefield 2 tank engines roaring deep and strong, and also near pressure-grenade strikes come into its own. The satellites sound somewhat tinny and weak Even with music played by the powerful subwoofer.

Re: Creative Inspire T6100 vs Creative Inspire T6160

I am having Creative Inspire T6100 system now just over a year and I can say this is really great system. Only annoying is that the cable of the right speaker is a special cable so it cannot be extended, I must demolish control unit out on my desk and must submit to an extension from there to make right speaker playable and so it quite difficult. Nevertheless, I find this a great system with superior performance for what it has cost me.
