After going through the problem of yours I am suggesting a registry solution to you. you should backup the registry before you do anything.
First of all you have to launch registry editor and look for the below mentioned registry key.

KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\INIFilemapping
Find out the value called autorun.inf and it would have value called SYS: D
Code:
oesNotExist or SYS:software\Swearware\dump
You have to right click on the same and you have to delete the value.
Now restart the system and see whether the issue is existing or not.
