Searching for cheap internet radio device for PC

Hi all, One of my friend, who is from France is missing French radio stations. Therefore, I wish to give him the wifi radio which will be able to stea m the Internet radio stations. I was searching for the same on google but the result that I was getting were very expensive. I didn’t saw any less than 500 dollars. So, can somebody tell me that if there is some cheap wifi radio device that I can get for him. Please reply for this.

If this is not available then I think that I should order the Alurateks Wifi Internet Radio from the eBay. Will it going to be good. I really need some good suggestion here. Thank you so much in advance for reading and replying to my post in advance.
