Unable to install the Logitech setpoint 6.22 behind the proxy

I have tried to install the setpoint 6.22 but no joy. I am behind the proxy so the installer could not find the internet connection. I have installed 6.20 but because of some reason the program could not bring the images of my mouse. I have checked my proxy setting in my windows LAN is perfect. I just want to know that is there any to solve this conflict or I can download the full version of software?

At the current moment they have released the smart version of setpoint 6.22. There is problem with your current version. Then follow the steps to check the additional update.
1) First open the setpoint software.
2) Then on the top right hand corner of the window click on the tool tab.
3) Then select the last icon from the bottom left hand side.
4) Then click the button for update.
5) If you don’t find these tools please uninstall and reinstall your software.
