How to avoid lock in P8P67-PRO Rev 3.0 BIOS 2103?

Hello everyone thanks for looking to this post. Actually I posted at the time of working. Here some information about my system which is given as follows. Thermaltake Dokker Case Raidmax RX-1000AE 1000w ATX Power Supply Intel i7 2600k (Stock Speed) with Thermaltake Frio Aftermarket Cooler Asus P8P67 PRO Rev 3.0 Motherboard 16GB Corsair XMS DDR3-1600 2 Nvidia GeForce GTX460 with matched clock cycles. 1 Western Digital 1TB Black (Boot/Primary HDD) 1 Corsair 60GB SSD (Forgot Model) (Used for 1 or 2 games) 1 Hitachi 1TB HDD (Extra Data Drive Standard DVDRW drive (Forgot make/model) Viewsonic 23inch LCD-LED Monitor Standard USB Keyboard/Mouse Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.my system was running very fine. One day I saw that my Firefox was not working properly then after some time it works fine. My co-worker was having the same issue but when left his bios for update then problem solved. When I saw that this type of issue solves with only BIOS update then I stated to update my bios. When I did this type of update then my mouse, keyboard stopped working. When I restarted the PC then all of things are working properly. After some days it became locked. Actually I wondering should I download the BIOS to earlier version? Can any suggest me so that I can fix this issue?

When I see that this type of issue on forum then I thought that why not give some information related to my configuration to people. Actually I am running Furmark, memtest, and prime95 but I never found this type of issue. My pc never hang up. Here I would suggest you that your next should be to roll back the BIOS to a previous version using AFUDOS. I hope this will help you.

Yes, this one may help you. If you still not able to solve this issue I would suggest you that use MEMTEST. You know MEMTEST is RAM tester and that runs under the windows. When you run this into your pc it verifies your computer and retrieves data from the memory. It will increase the performance of computer day by day. MEMTEST sometimes fails that because of the old hardware, damaged hardware, or poor configure hardware. MemTest Deluxe bootable CD now supports 32-bit and 64-bit CPUs. Here I would suggest you that use this one I hope problem will solve.

Here I will recommend you to try to disable the c3 and c6 states. If you still not able to solve this issue, I would suggest you that reset the CMOS at that time please make sure that it should not directly hardware at fault. I hope this will help you.
