Procurve Manager is not giving any traffic information for Hp 5406zl

I am not able to get Procurve Manager working fine, I mean that it is not giving me any traffic information but then it is working fine for the Procurve 1800's which is also dotted around, I have checked out the graph and it is appearing to be grayed where as all the ports in the box below the Msg/Time is stating the below thing:
"timestamp: sFlow updated [id=1185796|ifIndex=296] receiver timeout [420s]
In my case the SNMPv3 is enabled on switch and I am sure that the agent/discovery areas details are correct as well, the switch and the PCM machines are connected directly and there is nothing between them.

Before I suggest you something about the same then I wanted to know that which is the software version that you are running currently on the 5406, I have found that there are a no of people facing issue on K.14.x, so if you are having the K.14.x then you might be amongst them as well, just let me know if you are having the same case.

Even I came across a no of people when I was looking after a solution to solve this issue but then I am not having the same case, I mean that I am running software version v15 (.6.008 iirc), any further help for the same will be appreciated.
