Question about Inter-Vlan routing switches

I am willing to make an Inter-Vlan routing between 4 Vlan with ACL but then I just wanted to know that which switches of HP will be better for the same, I have checked out the V1910-16G L2+ and 2610 L2+ but then I am not very sure if I will be able to make routing with them, should I go for switch L3? Or I can use the above ones??

I think that the L3 Basic i.e 2610 or say the advanced L3 i.e 3500 yl will support the inter vlan routing without any issues and it would be a better choice compared to V1910-16G L2+ and 2610 L2+ as well.

I think that you can very well use the V1910-16G L2+ or the 2610 L2+ as they are said to be basic L3 switch and they support inter Vlan Routing as well, it is actually web based, I mean that after creating any Vlan with IP address on it you can start communicating with two or the Vlans that you are willing to create.
