Getting error message "Fire Gl T2-128 p/n 113-a03422-102 BI" during login screen on HP c8000 Workstation

I have been using HP c8000 Workstation and it was working fine but then I don’t know what went wrong with it and today when I started the machine then it was showing that the system is booting but then when it reached the login screen then it gave me an error message saying something like this "Fire Gl T2-128 p/n 113-a03422-102 BI", I don’t know what is it all about is there anyone who can help??

In that case I just wanted to know if you have installed any other graphic card if yes then there are possibilities that the device files might not be proper, this is found to be common issue when it has a PCI card installed on it. Other than this also check out if you are having AB638A part number card or a different one, just answer me for the above questions for further help.

I have not installed any card and I have not changed any hardware settings as well, it was working fine as usual till morning I don’t know what went wrong with it suddenly and I am not able to track out the cause of it as well, I have checked out that I am having AB638A part number card, is there any workaround that I can try out to get rid of this issue??? Any further help for the same will be appreciated.

I think that graphics card has failed if you are facing this issue all of a sudden but then to confirm the same just check out for the errors in the /var/X11/Xserver/logs and check out the settings in the 'Section "Screen" of /var/X11/Xserver/logs as well, other than this also check out the status of the card by using the graphinfo command which is #ioscan –fun just check these things out and then let me know what you get.

As far as I am aware of the "FireGL T2-128." is it related to the execution of the video BIOS on the card, so if the card is getting hanged displaying that message then there might be some kind of hardware failure, the other possibility is that the card might have not have reset properly before executing the BIOS if you are running an old X server patch version, so just check these things out and let me know if you are having the same case.
