HP b2600 Workstation is not booting

I have been using HP b2600 Workstation and it was working fine by now but then I don’t know what went wrong with it suddenly and the problem that I am facing now is that the b2600 is not booting anymore, this is what I am getting on the screen:
HARD Booted.
ISL Revision A.00.43 Apr 12, 2000
ISL booting hpux
Boot
: disk(10/0/15/0.6.0.0.0.0.0;0)/stand/vmunix
10911744 + 2105344 + 1302736 start 0x1ecee8
After this the front panel LCD just says SHU D000:
Is there anyone who has an idea about the same and can help me out with it??

That’s really weird but then you can try booting the machine with the previous kernel and in order to do so, just start the system and after that interrupt the normal boot process and then enter the boot command at console prompt in order to interact with the ISL and after that at the ISL just enter the below command:
ISL > hpux /stand/vmunix.prev
Just try this out and see if it is helping.

As far as I am aware in “SHU D000:” the shu stands for shutdown where as D000 is said to be from 'Firmware is initializing communication with system controller' but then in your case it is really weird as they both are belonging together, I am aware of TST D000, anyways I just wanted to did you had the latest firmware?? Because this is appearing some kind of firmware issue to me, I will suggest you to just try to disable fastboot at the boot-up and see if it is making any difference.

I have been trying to boot the machine in order to install the HWE bundle but then I don’t know why it stooped dead, I have got the same result when I tried booting from the HP-UX installation CD, other than this I had updated the firmware to 1.4 just a week ago, and I think that the issue has started after that, is there any other thing that I can try out?? Any further help for the same will be appreciated.
