Lenovo ThinkCentre 91Z ultraslim mouse and keyboard not working

I am using 91Z ultraslim mouse and keyboard from past few months which was working fine but from past few days I am seeing that mouse is not responding properly and lags between regular intervals. But now I am seeing that keyboard is also not responding. So I would like to know that why this has started happening.

For this I want you to change the USB receiver and then try to connect the on to the different port and see that whether it is working properly because many time the problems seems to be with the port and we just go on blaming with the devices not working.

I tried changing USB receiver to the different USB port, but what I see that the same problem is persisting using mouse and keyboard.

So for this is there any other solution from where I can solve the issue because due to this I am not able to concentrate on my work.

According to me what I feel is that you should try replacing with the new batteries and if still it is not responding then you can try re-installing the drivers.
