Lenovo M50 8189 PC fail to recognize CD drive

Hi. If anyone at all can help me out, that would be great. Recently I was trying to a disk to install a Bluetooth Driver in my Lenovo M50, but however the systems fail to recognize the Driver there in CD ROM, so is there any information about this issue with the CD-ROM or how to fix this let me know. Any reply will be thanks and appreciated.

Try to make use of another disk over there in your CD Drive ad see whether it is working fine with some other CD’s or not if it is not working properly with the CD’s ROM ,.

There are no needs to make the installation of the driver if the Bluetooth device is of the same company and if the Bluetooth device is from another vendor then try to make use of that particular driver to install there in your System. And may be you are using the wrong or the defected CD and because of that reason the CD Drive fail to recognize the CD.
