Logitech C910 HD (720p) or C920 Full HD (1080p) for skype video call

I want to get a new webcam for my new pc and I want to go for Logitech only. There is a 2 choice for me and they are Logitech C910 or C920. I am thinking about making HD or Full HD video calls with Skype. My current internet speed is 1MB line with 0.30Mbps Upload Speed. Do you think that it is enough for above requirements?

I don’t see any kind of difference with both the webcams where one can make 1080p video calling and other one can make 720p video call using Skype. However both can record at 1080p. If you are concerning about the bandwidth, both webcam uses same amount of internet usage since both are transferring or making video call with HD clarity. So 1MbPS is enough for single user for any kind of streaming or video calling.

I would go for little better and that is Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. It offers Full HD 1080p video that’s faster, smoother and works on any computers. You can get sharpest video-calling experience using this webcam. Logitech has included the Fluid Crystal Technology which makes the webcam more better. You can also enjoy widescreen HD 720p video on most major IMs as well as Logitech Vid HD.

I don’t think that Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 is not the only one which includes Fluid Crystal Technology but C910 also included the same Technology. So both are not different each other. The simply difference is one can make Full HD video call and other can make normal HD video call using Skype. So it would be your choice to choose the webcam and how much money you can spend.

I consider both webcam as the great webcams. The problem arises here about the internet speed either It is a download speed or upload speed. In your case the upload speed is very slow. However to make video call you need higher and better upload speed. The minimum upload speed should be needed for HD is at least 1 Mbps to 1.5mbps.
