Logitech Vid Chat is been blocked by Firewall

Hello friends, I am using the quickcam deluxe for my notebook and it was been installed properly and was working fine, it was taking picture and video. I have downloaded the Logitech Vid, as I wanted to chat with my friend. So when he was calling me for video chat, when I am accepting it then it stops working. I have check and found that firewall was blocking the call. So how to change my firewall settings to allow Logitech Vid chats incoming and outgoing? I have searched for the settings of my firewall then it was showing me that it is allowing it, but then also it is not working. So what to do, please help me, thank you.

I would suggest that you better go to the FAQ#11771 of the Logitech then in that you check Call Failure #12 in that, so you will be able to clear the doubt about it.

I think that there might be some sort of the problem with the video chat and also antivirus. So I would suggest that you better disable the antivirus and then you try to work on it. The antivirus is not allowing you to work on it, so just try to work on it without having the antivirus enable and tell your friend to call you, and accept and chat with him.

There is a proper solution about it on the Logitech website, you better go to the site and check the solution, as this is been faced by lot of the user and also it is been the problem and you might be able to get it.
