Picture taken from Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 comes out to be green

I have recently bought and installed Webcam Software Version 2.3 Build 13.30.1396 on my computer running on windows 7 Home Premium with SP1 and the problem is that when I am capturing any image then the image comes out to be green, I am not having any issues while video chatting with friends via Skype, the problem is just after capturing the image, can anyone help me out in fixing this?

Before I suggest you something about the same I will like to know the following things, so that I can have a better idea about the issue that you are facing:

1. What is the system specification?
2. What is the resolution that you have set for taking the image?

I have set the resolution to 780P for wide screen shot where as 1.2MP for Regular screen, the system specification is as followed:

• Windows 7 64-bit
• Intel Dual core 2.9GHz
• 6 GB RAM

Any further help for the same will be appreciated.

Ok, I also wanted to know if you are having this issue just when capturing the image or also for the videos that you capture? The other thing that I wanted to know is that which is the video card that you are having? Are you having the latest video driver for the video card in your system if not then install the latest driver for the same and see if it is making any difference, just perform it out and then let me know what you get?
