    Tuning Manager is not working properly in Hitachi HDS-USPV hard drive

    I have recently purchased Hitachi HDS-USPV hard drive. I have found an issue in this hard drive. The tuning manager is not working properly. Tell me how to troubleshoot also. Can anyone help me in this issue. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Dear friend which part of tuning manager is not working properly? Is it from first that it is not working.Has anyone made any changes in it?? You should read user manual for more help. You should give me all the information I have asked then I will be easy for me to give you solution.okk.

    No dude no one have made any changes in it. I haven’t got any manuals with it. Please provide me manual. I have a got the following error message:

    • Message-ID KAVJS5001-I (PR1519)
    • Message No record was fetched. The report cannot be displayed
    • What should I do. It is very frustrating for me.

    I have found out that the agent is not running during the report period. At the time of collecting requested record during the report period, it was failed to collect. The collecting data also was unable to meet the filtering condition. I will suggest you make sure that the agent is running and the Agent is set up properly for the collection of records. You should also modify the report filtering condition.

    I will suggest you to search the server where the HTnM software is installed. After that you should find the file ‘jpcstart’. Then go to the directory and type “jpcstart all”. Then click on the jpcctrl list and find has any thing has stopped working. These are all important commands. You should have an administrative account on the HTnM server. your USP V should have license to setup for HTnM.
