PCI-E vs PCI sound cards

I want to install the sound card in my computer by I am having one doubt regarding this. Actually, I want to ask that if the new pci-e sound cards will be good in order to increased bandwidth as compared to the standard PCI slots. I am really not able to make difference between these two. It would be really helpful for me if you can help me to understand the difference between this.

I don’t think that there is a big difference between these. You can simply go for the one which fits in your system the best. I am using X-Fi Fatality PCI-e and I am happy with this.

PCI and PCIe gives you both have the same band width to spare. In these model you will notice no big difference. it is clear that the bus is faster in PCI-E but on that card, it do not have a measurement of latency and CPU load. I doubt it's much improvement in this case.
