Oki C5200 cannot print from Windows 7 32bit and 64bit computers

In my office we have upgrade most of our computers to windows 7. In that some of are 32 bit and some are 64 bit. All computers are connected to the LAN and for which we have installed Oki C5200 via network to both 32 bit and 64 bit computers. We have tried the test page to check the printing on 2 different computers. The printing process was showing that one is printing and other one is spooling but nothing came out from the printer. All drivers were properly installed and re-installed again to check but it didn’t make it work again. Process showing but wont execute at all. Does this have a fix?

Sometimes when we are printing a document you may see a message telling us that there is a problem with the printer or the print spooler service. To start, we know that the orders given to a printer for printing a document are not sent directly to the printer. Indeed, the data are stored by a Windows service, called the Spooler service. Often when the printer is not responding due to a lack of communication with the PC, the problem is coming from the print spooler service is probably locked, and having several documents in the queue does not print without restarting the PC.

Yes it might be possible but as you are using Windows 7, there is a solution:
    • Open the command prompt window
    • In the Command Prompt window, type the command net stop spooler and press Enter. We see a message indicating that the Print Spooler service is stopping, and then it stopped.
    • To restart the service, enter the command net start spooler and press Enter. A message appears indicating that the Print Spooler service is starting, and then it has started successfully.
    • Once unlocked the Print Spooler service, we can start printing again!

I would not like to reinstall. What I've read and seen, it is important to 7 to set up all devices in the home network group, and configure all shares properly. You could try just once more, to disable IPv6. Maybe your router can handle it or not and then sometimes that causes problems.

Typical problem of Windows 7, I've seen in forums different Haul. Ultimately lies in the incompatibility of your hardware for Windows 7 software architecture. Solution would be a correct Windows 7 drivers, just look at all times whether your drivers are up to date on the manufacturer's website.

Have now tried out the following:
    • - Under "Devices and Printers" on the printer with the right mouse button "Printer Properties" and then select the Connections tab
    • - On "Add" "local port" a "new connection" and then as a port name
    • \ \ Server name \ shared printer name, enter
