Logitech Marathon Mouse M705 Hyper scrolling not working

Previously I was using VX Revolution, it was broken recently. Hence I was looking to get the new mouse, purchased Logitech M705 Marathon Mouse. Well I have find out that hyper scrolling feature of the mouse did not smooth as that of VX Revolution. Mouse is scrolling fast in hyper scrolling. However clicked scrolling is working awesome. If you are having any comment on the above mentioned issue.

Well click button under of track wheel. Generally I love to use hyper scrolling however into small windows which I am not able to resize the hyper scrolling is working really fast. In order to figure out the root cause of the problem I am suggesting that you should switch the mouse to other computers and tell me about the output.

To resolve the issue you will need to disable the smooth scrolling..

You have to get into SetPoint settings and go for My Mouse.
After that you have to go for Pointer and Scrolling Setting and click on the Scrolling Size.
Here you have to set scrolling Size to 3.

You should try to connect the receiver on the different USB port. Make sure that you are not using USB hub or extension.

According to me there is need of doing caps drain on your mouse which will drain charge left if any on your mouse. You can use the following steps.

You should remove the batteries from the mouse.
After that do alternate right click as well as left click for the 30 seconds.
Disconnect receiver and reconnect on the USB port
Now put the batteries into the mouse and turn on it.
Finally launch the Unifying software and un pair and repair the mouse of yours.

Doing lots of observation I came to know that Scrolling App installed on the system creating the same kind of effect hence you should remove the same…
Could be the issue is associated with the SetPoint itself. You will need to remove the SetPoint from the system and install the latest version of it. Make sure that you have updated your system with the latest version of drivers. You can also contact the service center if you are not able to get rid out from the above mentioned issue.
