Unable to have video call using Logitech revue.

I have got Logitech revue with video camera. I created a logitech vid account and able to make a call using my built-in camera in HP laptop but problem is the Logitech vid software running on my computer will not transmit video to the revue. I can see the video feed from revue fine on my laptop but I am not able send video to the revue. Is there any way by which I can have two way conversations while I am away from home?

I understand your problem , go through the steps I have mentioned below to solve it:
1. Open Logitech Vid HD software.
2. Go to setting.
3. Click , Applications and Device Settings.
4. Click, Advanced Settings.
5. Scroll down and uncheck the box Let Logitech Vid HD decide the best video resolution for my setup.
6. Save all the changes.
7. Close the setting and try video call now!

unfortunately that didn’t work for me! I unchecked the all boxes as you mentioned, but still I can see video from revue to my pc but it is having problem from my pc to revue! Also it shows the message “Acquiring Resources” and that's it. I can’t see my own video while having PC to PC call on revue.
I also tried it on another pc.

You are having problem while having pc to pc call that means it is problem related to camera.
Ok just make one thing clear before you initiate the call , in Vid on your pc if you go to setting then Application & Device Settings , do you see yourself in image preview? Are you using the same camera when you switch to other pc to call Logitech Revue?. Which camera are you using?

Yes, I see myself in the setting but I don’t see myself while having actual call. Also I am using the same camera that comes with the revue. On the other pcs I use different camera. I am able VID chat with all the people when I use my laptop but problem comes only when I chat/call with pc that is having my revue!
I can hear the voice of the person I have called but can’t see him.

In your VId software on the computer before you answer a call go to the advanced settings and uncheck "Let Logitech Vid pick the best resolution".
May be doing this will automatically adjust the screen and you will be able to see.
