    Well in order to fix the problem of yours I recommend below mentioned steps to fix the matter.

    You have to go for the registry editor and look for the following registry.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    delete the two items LowerFilters and UpperFilters

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{6BDD1FC6-810F-11DO-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
    delete LowerFilters

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{6BDD1FC5-810F-11DO-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
    Delete UpperFilters

    Now return to the
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\

    Once you have done you have to search for the LVUSBSTA and delete the LowerFilters

    Once you have done with the above mentioned steps you have to uninstall the midi device driver and disconnect and connect the device with the system.

    If you are not able to get Add Legacy Hardware wizard when you have connected your webcam with the computer than you can do the following.
    You should click on the Start button and type hdwwiz.exe in Run and click on Ok button.

    The above mentioned issue can be solved by downgrading the USBaudio.sys driver file available into \Windows\System32\drivers folder.
    You have to get the full access permission and ownership of USBAUDIO.SYS.
    1. Now navigate to \Windows\System32\drivers\USBAUDIO.SYS file and right click on the same and go for Properties.
    2. Now click on the Security tab and click on Advanced.
    3. There will be Advanced Security Settings window on the screen you have to click on the Owner tab.
    4. You will see TrustedInstaller. In order to get the ownership you have to click on Edit button. If it ask for the admin password provide the same.
    5. Again you will see Advanced Security Settings and you have to choose the user name into Change owner to the desired user and click on Ok button to apply the change,
    6. Now into Advanced Security Settings you will see the existing owner of file or folder to the users has been selected.
    7. After that click on the OK button to exit the Advanced Security Settings window.
    8. Again click on Ok button to exit .
    9. You have to click on the Properties window and click on Edit button so that you can alter the permission. If there is prompt for the administrator password you have to provide the same and click on the continue button.
    10. Now you have to look for the object be changed Iinto the Group or user names. In case it is not existing you have to click on the Add button and enter the user name or group into Enter object names to select box and click on Ok button.

    11. For Permissions you have to click below on Full Control under of the Allow column to give full access.

    12. Once you have done with the above mentioned steps you have to replace the USBAUDIO.sys with the older version.

    If issue still persist than you should try to run the driver under Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode and see whether it is working or not.
