I have WD TV Live Hub and I have recently upgrade the firmware in my WD TV Live Hub. Now after upgrading the firmware it hast started giving me problem. now while playing the Netflix in my WD TV Live Hub it get freezes within 5 to 10 minutes. Please tell me what should I do to solve this problem.

As you have said that after updating the firmware in your WD TV Live Hub you are facing the problem and that is why I would like t o tell you that you should first6 check whether fan is running properly or not. because if the fan is not running then that is the reason why you are facing this problem. if fan is running properly then you have to also make sure that you network connection is not slow. Many times because of the slow connections also this type of the problem can take place.
If above suggestion doesn’t help you to solve this issue then you should contact the WD support and then tell them about your problem and then they will give you solution. I hope this information will be helpful for you.

I will also suggest you the same because I am also a user of the WD TV Live Hub and I was also having the same issue and after that I have notice that FAN has stopped working which was causing the overeating the WD TV Live Hub and that is why I have RMA the WD TV Live Hub. Now replacing the WD TV Live Hub my problem get solved.
