Windows 7 Firewire problem

Help! Bought new Dell Inspiron 620 and it has no firewire ports. Only USB ports. Any suggestions on firewire cards to add to it. I need PCI e (express) card, low profile as I have slim tower. Card must be windows 7 compatible. Hard to find one. Seems there are high profile cards that are PCI e, but not lw profile ones. Do I have to take a hacksaw to a high profile card? Much appreciate. For a much easier support you can go for FireWire 400 Port by Sonnet. This is a usb firewire adapter.
