Unable to use Samsung M2 750 GB with MAC OS X lion

I bought a Samsung external hard drive M2. Samsung icon is visible in the Finder; it's not that nothing happens. Success that I have attributed to my laptop with Windows and automatically download the software for it and is a very well there. (This laptop is a new one) Demonstrating that there is nothing wrong with the external hard drive. I have much bigger external hard drive that is working very well with my Mac and Lion. Also I'm starting to wish they had not been updated for the new operating system that Lion and I have not been able to my backpack orange or since.

hi,
i just bought this hdd and i couldn't get it working with my mac osx,
this is how i fixed it

plug in hdd

go to:
applications - utilities - disk utility
click on hdd on left
click partition tab
under volume scheme click 1 partition
click apply

and then it worked and i could drag files to hdd
