Such issue comes when we are the new to the computer assembling, so according to me you have to look for the entire connection twice and if possible then remove the entire connection and reconnect it properly.

This problems can be occurs due to the overheating of the system. So according to my suggestion you just check for the overheating issue for your system , so the method to view the heating capacity for your system is simple, you just have to start your process or whatever you want to start and execute, as soon as your computer stop or crashes under heavy load again , then immediately go to the BIOS menu and check for the tempresures; if anything which indicating the heat over the CPU is over or nearby 80 then there is the overheating problems for the system, so you have to solve that issue and your system will work fine after that.

There might be the issue of the RAM or the Processor, since many times some application needs the latest RAM or Processor, so if you are running such application and your system is freezing, that means your processor or the RAM is not able to run that application. So first make the information about that application and read the manual for that application and see whether it supports for your system configuration.

If your heat sink is not working properly then there are the chances for the system slow down the process and also your system can be restart. So first check out the heat sink for the system and make it properly install. It is necessary to make the heat sink so that it works properly. And also remove the heat sink and clean those after cleaning reinsert that, and also clean off the thermal paste and reapply for the new Thermal paste over that place.

There may be the problems is due to the power consuming capacity feature for the system. That means your system need more power and there is not enough power to maintain the process. Hence your system hacked. So make sure the power requirement for the system must be needed.

First make sure that this is not due to the overheating of the system. If it is sure that this is due to the overheating issue then follow this step you just try to increase the speed for the fan, by making the simple BIOS setting for increasing the speed for the fan or with the speedfan. Since if your system hardware is maintain the heating issue than half of the problems is solve. So always try to maintain the heating of the system to minimum level.

Try to reapply the thermal paste in between the CPU and the Heat Sink. Since sometime the Thermal paste is not in the sufficient amount as it require which result in producing the over heat and finally due to overheat our system face the several problems of shutting down and restarting unnecessary. And if this not work for you then reinstall the CPU.

Yes you have to reapply the Thermal compound to sink the heat properly and also keep in mind not to apply more than need. And also check and make sure that there is no packaging left over on the CPU or heat sinks. Some time it happen that we forget some protective film or plastic insides the cabinet and the heating sink does not give the desire result because of those element and finally resulting the overheating of the system.

If you have assembled your system then May the installation is not done correctly, so there might be the driver issue, may be your driver is not install properly. Or whatever the OS you have install in your Computer , is not install properly , so first you format your entire system and then reinstall the Operating System and the driver properly.
