system is not detecting Western digital WD3200AAJS hard disc

when ever I start my computer a black screen appears and continues and does not detect the my WD3200AAJS hardisc please help me. I connected the same hardisc to friend’s compute system and there also it is not working what is the reason ?? please help me out..

the first step what you need to do is check the steps to install the drive and after that make sure that the hard disc is detected in computer BIOS setup and it will show capacity is full and this is not working than you need to update your BIOS. For updating BIOS you need to contact your motherboard manufacturer.

Damage to the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is mainly reason in WD3200AAJS 00B4A0 hard drives. sometimes Over heating can cause spindle controller IC to burn causes damages the circuit board. If the circuit gets spoil, hardisc will not rotate when powered on with the computer system. You can check hardisc spinning by touching it if it vibrates then it is working.
