old 2003 iMac G4 wont boot

I have an old iMac G4 (USB 2.0) that I would like to get up and running again. The problem is, the iMac won't power on, much less boot up. I've tested the power cable, it works fine; and I've reseted the PMU. None of this has helped. How would I get this old 2003 iMac working again?

Hello I am, not aware of it much more but still I would suggest you to attempt an apple hardware test CD if you comprise it and ensure your HD is not break down or memory is not damage. I am trying to find about it. as soon as I found anything about it then I will post back here.
