Gaming PC config for a budget of Rs. 40000

Hi. I want to assemble a mid-range gaming PC, with parts brought from Kolkata. The following are the specs:
AMD Rig:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE - 8200
Compatible Motherboard - 4000
Ati Radeon HD 6850 - 9200
RAM (2x4GB) 1666MHz - 3200
HDD Seagate 320/500GB - 1800
DVD - 900
PSU - 600W - 3800
Cabinet - 1800
LG 16" LCD monitor - 3500
mouse & keyboard - 600
800VA UPS - 2500

Please suggest the necessary changes. I need it fast. My budget is around 40K. I want to utilize the rig for playing games and running high end simulations on FLUENT, AutoCAD & Inventor. If anyone can suggest better parts specs and teh places to buy them in Kolkata, it would be highly appreciated....

Well, which computer case are you going to take? And also, if you are planning a computer config for gaming, graphics editing then you should also consider to buy a cooler for the cpu. You can go with the Corsair H50 which is good and short and can easily fit in any component or with other ones such as the NH-D14, Thermalright Silver Arrow, which are big heavy things.

THNX for the help. Can you give me a price estimates of the coolers and the case. It would be of great help. Also is there a need for 8GB, or is 4GB RAM sufficient? Moreover, which motherboard would be the best for mounting and running these components?
