How to upgrade internal SSD Runcore 64GB on Asus Eee PC 1000

I have Asus Eee PC 1000, I have SSD drive of 32GB in it now I want to upgrade it Runcore 64 GB SSD. I don’t know how to upgrade it. So can anyone provide step by step instruction to upgrade SSD Hard Drive of my netbook Asus Eee PC 1000?

Here is your step by step guidance to upgrade SSD from 32GB to 64GB.
- BIOS of your system must be latest
- Remove screw from backside of netbook (There are total 13 screws)
- Remove keyboard by pressing small plastic over F1,F6,F10 and Pause Key
- Remove keyboard cable from the socket.
- Remove the 6screws holding the metal sheet of the motherboard.(There total six screws)
- Remove the cable for the mouse pad, speaker connector, fan connector
- Remove bottom plastic casing of the computer.
- Remove the screws at the top of the motherboard (Approximately 6 Screws).
- Now Pivoting part of the laptop (screen) should come free. Don’t try to disconnect cable of it.
- Lift the motherboard and rotate it slightly. to gain access to the back side of board
- Now SSD drive can removed easily (Remove 2 screws )
- Now attach New SSD drive in position of old one.
- You can also keep your old SSD there.
- Now do the entire procedure in reverse order to connect everything.
- Power on netbook. It will recognize new SSD hard disk drive

I followed your steps and changed my SSD. All the steps are correct. I have one 32 GB and one 64 GB SSD Drives but cant upgraded it. Just kept aside. Your steps helped me a lot. First it can’t able to detect 64 GB SSD I have removed it .I think both drives conflicts with each other. Now I upgraded it and it performs really well. I also upgraded ram of system. Only problem faced when connected two SSD together.

Thanks your steps are quiet useful. If provided pics will be more helpful for me to identify components easily. I am also facing same problem while adding new runcore HDD.I think runcore SSD Drive is SATA and original SSD which is in Netbook was PATA. Their original ssd was quiet slow in speed. Whereas rucore hdd is faster in performance. So I want to add it to my netbook. If anyone found solution regarding this please provide solution.
