Have you checked the boot order in the BIOS, make sure the dvd is in the order, preferably before the hard drive. You also will need to make sure your sata drives are set as IDE and not raid. In the BIOS, maybe under advanced, it will somehow state your drives (HDD, DVD, etc.) and you want them to say ide or sata.
The problem is whenever i am taking out the ram and again reinserting the machine starts.But after a day or two the same problem happens.
Which operating system have you installed in your pc? If you are on Windows xp then it seems to me most likely you didn't install the Sata drivers for the OS disk from a floppy (must be downloaded in advance), and you should do that at the F6 prompt. Do you have your boot order set to:
CDRom - 1st
Floppy - 2nd
Sata Boot Drive - 3rd
