    HITACHI 7K3000 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB cache SATA 6.0 GB/s 3.5" internal hard drive

    Hello friends, I had just bought a new hard drive of Hitachi. It uses 512 bytes per sector like old drive and even a cluster. Is anyone having this drive? Does anyone know that does it work with window xp, or I need to update my bios setting? Please guide if you are having any kind of information with it. I will be very much thankful to the person who every help me for this.

    Hello, Hitachi Desk star 7K3000 provide a formatted capacity of 3tb and data transfer rate of media is maximum up to 6.0gb and minimum up to 3.0gb and seek time of buffer is 64mb and it have a rotational speed of average of 8.0 millisecond. (H x W x D) Unit 4 in x 5.8 in x 1 in Weight Unit 1.4 lbs it have a three year warranty and even include a box bulked pack. It’s really worth to buy this.

    According to my knowledge the NAS server is running and had not had crashed. NAS has survived a lot along with the process. They test the product in many ways. They test the product in various level of hardware show they might have got the faults and if they find the faults they send it back. Even if it get crashed then they will put it back again as soon as possible it might be done thought online and they don’t left it offline.
