Number of files exists on hard disk

I was just roaming in my computer system and I found lot of unwanted files and folders that I didn’t even know that they exist in my computer. I started to search for unwanted files and folders and I found more than 60 files and folders. Can anyone give me suggestion? Will these kinds of files and folders harm my PC? What are the consequences to keep these files and folders? Do they contain any virus in it or do they run any suspicious program without my permission?

Why don’t you install only those programs which you know that you will need daily. Installing numbers of software’s into computer system will only take it down. Lot of software’s run on windows start up and consumes lot of memory to work in the background which results into slow processing, screen freezes sometimes. It is a big headache for someone to solve such problems, install and download usable software’s and programs. Always delete those files and folders which are not in use from a long time.

Some software’s required internet connection to work over internet which might bring virus to your PC. it sometimes create files and folders without letting you know about that and you won’t be able to know about that for a long period. Some users just click on next button during installation but DO they know what kind of sub-software it requires to operate or what kind of features it is providing us? Some hackers work through such software’s only if that software is connected to World Wide Web. It is always harmful to install software without reading its content or without our knowledge. Try to be aware when installing any software or always go for brand name.

When you delete any file from your system you get relax that the file is delete but in actual the pointer values is deleted not the data. You can always wipe your hard drive space to delete unnecessary files and folders. You will find such software’s on the internet like CCLEANER or click on START –PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES-SYSTEM TOOLS-DISK CLEANUP. This is the best software provided by the Microsoft for hard disk better performance. Also use Disk defragmentation method to keep your files and folders in proper manner or sequence.

We often install third party software for entertainment and this will lead our computer to poor performance. Third-party software’s installs various small applications in our PC, creates files and folders which communicates with other applications and programs. Keeping hard-disk in performance is not a simple task to perform. we need to take every possible action we can. You should delete temporary files from computer from time to time. Do not keep web history more than 1 or 2 day, if it’s possible delete web history every time you exit the browser and also delete cookies from your computer.
