Need right CPU type to be installed for x51 RL

Hello friends. Greetings to all of you. I hope you all are doing well. Basically I had seen some X51RL core 2 duo cpus. My x51RL is T2370, and its socket P, northbridge rc410/rs400/rc400. My control processing Unit is using RAM 667/800 which shows timing at 333mhz. Now, my query is that does anyone know the right CPU type to be installed for x51 RL, can I install with merom or penryn core2duo?
