windows 7 64 bit shutdown with X-Fi Titanium HD

Windows 7 64 bit shut down issues with X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Series DOES NOT work for the new Titanium HD hardware. With the digital encoder ON, it still does the stuck in shutdown screen, and sometimes BSOD. Without it all ok. On my X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion the fix does work, although I still have audio sttuter - cut off issue. This is why I bought the new Titanium HD. Only to find out the problem is now REVERSED. Sound is now ok using DTS, BUT shutdown issue remains, and this time, without a working fix. I don't get it though is the product really released or not?

Seems that EVERY time it's stuck on shutdown screen, when I leave it long enough it'll eventually pop out a BSOD:
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
    STOP: 0x0000009F (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA80062BF060, 0xFFFFF8000 0B9C518, 0xFFFFFA80095323EQ)
Here's some additional info on my rig:
    Hardware:
Intel Core i7 975 processor, Asus Rampage II Extreme, 6GB DDR3, Sapphire ATi 5970 (on 2nd PCIx16 slot), X-Fi Titanium HD (on the top most slot - initially for the sound card that came with the MB), Win7 Ultimate x64, Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. This is FRESH install, so there's barely any other software in there.

    Minor update:
A friend of mine manages to extract the file "CTAudSvc" from the Beta Console Launcher I downloaded off the sticky in the main forum. Shut down 2x successfully, 3rd one already encountered the stuck on shutdown screen. After a while the BSOD: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE comes up as before. So there's no change. The shutdown problem is really random, yet it's frequent enough that it'd annoy you, because you can't really press shutdown and just leave. Need to wait and confirm the PC turns itself off.

Unlike my case, previously, the support page for Titanium HD is there now. The beta driver is there. It specifically indicates that the beta driver is to fix the shut down problem. Hang on a sec, seems that the support page is currently down. Just wait a while and try again. I had it redownloaded about a month ago because of a complete reformat.
