Error code 380381-26-2a031000 while writing CD

Friends, I have the Toshiba Sattelite L645-SP4004M laptop and I am very happy with all the features of it. There is only one problem that I am facing with this and that is with the DVD drive. Actually whenever I try to burn any of the CD then the it abort the burning process and shows me the error message which says “error code 380381-26-2a031000”. I tried to burn the CD many times but all the times it aborts the process with the same error message. CD that I am using is proper and it is not having any data in it. Please tell me that what is the problem with that and how can I solve this problem.

What is the software that you are using to burn the CD? You have not mentioned anything regarding that. Anyway it seems to be the problem with the software that you are using for it.
