An external DAC other than USB one

I would like to make use of the digital out on top of my X-Fi toward an external DAC and after that toward an amplifier. What's a well-mannered DAC for as regards $100.00? I don’t want any USB DAC. The X-Fi is a new sound technology from the Creative and the DAC is Digital to analog converter. So if you have any good advice about this external DAC then please suggest me one.

The DAC Model 192 MK2 is the solution that North Star Design presents the problem of digital to analog conversion with best value for money. This unit follows directly from our reference DAC, Extreme. The digital section receiving input, the DAC Up sampler 192/24 and section are derived from those used on Far but offered to half its price. The Model 192 MK2 allows connection to any digital source signals up to 192 kHz-24bit. Compared to the previous version, the increased dynamics of the conversion stages allows a perfect reconstruction of the decaying harmonic particularly at lower signal while allowing the playback of rich symphonic unorchestra.

You'd be improved off receiving a $300 receiver than an individual DAC plus amplifier, I would believe. You can obtain a Denon AVR1507 on behalf of $280. I distrust a standalone DAC that costs nearly $200 will be noticeably well again than the DAC within the Denon. In addition, you find a first-class 75watt/channel amplifier along with a DD/DTS decoder within it, and tons of additional tidy features that you'd by no means obtain inside a DAC.
